CEO and Founder
Dhiraj, an engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience, has helped some of the world’s largest software companies grow and innovate, including ArcSight, HPE, Niara, Aruba, and Novell. Twelve of those years were spent engineering ArcSight from the ground-up. Dhiraj is a prolific coder and innovator, holding more than 10 patents in cybersecurity and data analytics. He earned his B.Tech CS from IIT (BHU, India) and Certificate in Management from Harvard University. In his personal life, Dhiraj is a family man and enjoys recreational sports.
COO and Co-Founder
Andrew is the chief operations officer for Query.AI, where he is responsible for establishing and delivering on the company’s go-to-market and business operations strategy. Andrew brings 20 years of diverse leadership experience in sales, product, and customer success to Query.AI. Before Query.AI, Andrew served as a founding executive member and SVP of field operations at JASK a modern cloud-native SIEM company acquired by SumoLogic. At JASK, Andrew was responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy and establishing early customer traction, leading sales from zero to the first $1M in revenue. His experience also includes other high-level field-facing positions in companies including Niara (acquired by HPE), Hewlett Packard (ESP), and ArcSight (acquired by HP). Outside of Query.AI, Andrew enjoys time with his family and being outdoors.
Vice President, Sales
Rob is vice president of sales for Query.AI, where his responsibilities include developing sales strategy, team building, and execution of the Query.AI go-to-market vision. Rob brings more than 40 years of experience in sales and sales leadership in security and networking. He has extensive experience partnering with enterprise customers as a vendor and in the channel. Rob’s past successes include companies such as Riverbed, Neoteris, and Lightcyber from early stage through IPO or acquisition. Outside of Query.AI, Rob enjoys offshore fishing with his family and the equestrian world with his daughter.
As chief marketing officer for Query.AI, Susan is committed to building a strong brand that consistently delights customers, partnering with sales to achieve successful revenue growth and profitability, and inspiring employees to do their best work daily. Prior to joining Query.AI, Susan was vice president of brand strategy for Mimecast. She previously held executive marketing roles at Optiv, where she was an integral part of a leadership team that grew the company nearly 20X, into a $2.4B cybersecurity powerhouse. Earlier in her career, Susan owned and operated her own agency, where she managed strategic communications and marketing efforts for a portfolio of high-profile clients spanning multiple industries. When she is not working, Susan is usually cheering on her son’s hockey team or walking her dogs.
Head of Customer Success
Ron leads customer success for Query.AI. He has more than 15 years of experience helping companies drive revenue by developing strong client relationships. Prior to joining Query.AI, Ron was the head of customer success at Agari, where he helped the email security provider transform its approach to customer retention. Before that, Ron was the vice president of client success and sales at QuinStreet. Earlier in his career, he served as the vice president of client success at Conversant.
